Don't think the 2002 non Allison has that issue.
Looks like it is a NP246 on the 4L80E.
I need that trans kit for my suburban.

That almost got me into a big one last week. Short ramp and all the cars in front of me looked to be merging, I pushed the go pedal, looked up and there (3 cars) were just rolling about 5mph into moving traffic! Pushed the stop pedal and slide between them and moving traffic, no room to go anywhere else.

Have to agree, time is an issue and still bumpers and tweeking to do. Almost 6k and 25hp won't hurt a thing.
Button it up, take care of the wifey,,,,,,,,,

I like the bigger injector idea and that was my plan too even though I have a 5.3.
I went to an flatter LS intake (clearance) with better injectors for the 5.7 vs the 5.3. So I now have a set of new takeoff 8.1 truck injectors I don't need.
So just a TB is the issue.

I have cable but the price is getting high. I only watch nascar, DIY stuff and movies.
My wife is stuck on the BLAH-liberal stuff now and eats it up.
I think it is going to go pick what you want TV and then dump the "package deals".
I watch about 5% of what I have to pay for, getting old.

I remember not being up on my MMR in grade school and my Mom had to come pick me up and I couldn't return without documentation it had been done. Shame.
Because doing such a thing now would prevent the undocumented children from getting an education.....
Education? They just want the body there so they get paid! Citizen, illegal, sick, they don't care.

Nice writeup there Norm, funny I just found it. The DJI "pro" now the "platinum" is supposed to be top of the line. I have been eyeing the DJI "Air" and lately the Mantis Q, but neither really had what I wanted. By the way they have new props for the pro that are supposed to be quieter.
I looked hard at getting one, but never though about the Parrot at all.

Looks good. Almost thought it was Don's rig for 2 seconds.
Still kinda thinking of one for the new burb it just seems so easy with square lines, but you never know?
Is there a simple way to reinforce these "shells" so they don't just fold in with a little bump? I mean the centers are tuff as rocks, but outside the mounts it seems they would just fold over?
I have an old ruenel for the back and a winch ready for the front but that crosses my mind all the time and I need to get them on.

Think 80 is the low side. I saw 2019s at the sportsman show this weekend in the 20s alone! Add a trailer, mod the ranger and the Denali mods. OK, Back to thread Don, don't discount the 9.5aam on this unless you plan on big towing or hard use. The 9.5 has been used for Dmax conversions on a few trucks and has some stout axles!

Not so much scary, but something I always remember and I have pics! So around 15 years ago I was working grave shift. Just 2 on duty for 900sq miles. We roll into the office around 0545 and get call of possible suicide by train about 10 miles from the office. Jurisdiction was unknown, I was OIC so I took the call. Rolled up same time as a town detective arrived (my old partner in the SO) and he called jurisdiction. The Amtrac had slowed for the run through the city and was only doing 70 when they said some in a sleeping back had stood in front of the train. They were 2 miles away now and the route was closed. These were the old style tracks with spikes. Since I was there I asked if I could take pictures, he said sure. (I later gave copies to SO for training) Not posting all though. First thing see is you know what , then a pile here, a mound there and chunks ripped off by the spike heads. It was pretty hard to ID some parts plus it had that gammy smell.

Nice tool there. Now that's its used want to sell it? I make just have to make one or "borrow" one otherwise. Have 2 to do now. Wondering looking at this and my axles, would they benefit from painting the shaft since the 60 does not have a wet shaft?

No, it was to late to have it checked for soundness. It was solid and you could really feel the dif in the air temp inside it. I understand it will stay 50 with just a candle and a body in there. We are watching the eclipse now, cool when the clouds let us see it.

I saw that gate, crazy. Lets just get a lift gate and be done!
Came back from snow camping with the boys, I am beat. Had to haul everything from the overflow lot (maint yard) to the camp and back.
Then they wanted to build Igloo's, but with fresh snow. Everyone jumped other builds, so I helped my oldest. After 7 layers we ate diner. Came back at 1930 and finished it, was midnight! Came out great though. His first and mine.
