interesting piece of equipment
« on: March 03, 2015, 06:54:10 PM »
I found this nifty piece of equipment while searching the internet the other day.  I think I may be getting one for daisy and I thought both don and ken might be interested as well considering they have single cabs as well.

Good find bro!

I think I'll be picking up one of those

After all the interior changing I've done on SquareD...

I think I'm gonna put the stock seat back in there...I hate those Summit buckets!

So this handy thing you just found will organize that area pretty well

Focus Nate, focus!
you're supposed to do the mechanical stuff first, not the fun stuff. :)

But I may have to get myself one.

Had that very one in my 90' Diesel Cheby single cab- it was a great product for storing jumper cables, starting fluid, oil, trans & brake fluid and a tow chain/strap.  Even had a mini tripod in that top narrow shelf.  Think it comes with a moveable shelf that can be inserted into that large compartment that's farthest inboard.

How well did it fit?  How much did it move around?  Does it secure to the cab or just sit there?

Fit well, can't remember if it secured with anything.  You could us sticky Velcro on its bottom to keep in place if they don't have something already.

I had something very similar in my 77. It was metal though and had a locking center section.

Mine was bolted through the cab and they included some cool break of nuts on a wand for mounting. Loved it!!
