I just got some of this today at Costco, it was under $6.00 for a big jar of it. Expiration date says March 2018, but I believe if it's left sealed in it's original package, and kept in a cool dark place it will last much longer.
Just add a little water and you've got peanut butter. I never knew this existed, but it's going to be a fixture in my food storage from here on out.

I've seen that at Costco, and other brands online. Post up a review when you use it, as I'm curious to know what you think. I just walk by it every time I'm in Costco. Maybe have to pick up a jar.

I would like to know too. Long term storage would be a plus.

I was looking at that a couple days ago in the local grocery store, been thinking bout trying it.

Wife was doing low carb diet a while back. Believe that's the stuff she bought as it's pretty low carb comparably. It was pretty good

OK... here it is.
We cracked open the jar last night, and followed the instructions.
2Tbsp powder and 1 Tbsp of water (we used bottled water)
It mixed up very easily, the powder sucks up all the water and it has a very smooth texture. It has a great peanut smell, and the taste is very good.
It is low in sugar compared to other peanut butters, so it leaves a bit a of a strong peanut taste in the mouth instead of coating it with sugar. Personally, I think I might even prefer this over other brands.
This product gets my seal of approval.

Thanks for the info! Will give it a try when I'm at Costco later this week.
