Scored some hard to find door panels
« on: August 25, 2015, 08:32:22 PM »
Eventually I'll get a build thread going on "The Bus" as my girls have named it. But for now here are my eBay finds. The graphite color code is getting hard to find, esp the LT panels with heated seats and electric windows.

Kids today don't know how easy they have it. When I was young, I had to walk 9 feet through shag carpet to change the TV channel.

Nice find indeed! Are the ones in the bus busted?
I was not aware of he rareness, and maybe should have a look at mine.

well the arm rest which is also the door pull, has a broken tab.  So it moves about a bit.  I've been on the lookout for these for 6 months.  I bought the pair since I'll never know when I might need them.  I may score some more if I can find them just in case.  That code got replaced with a lighter gray color in 03, I believe, all the way through 07, so those are easier to find.

Ok, mine are likely the lighter ones then. It's an 06.

And here is what they are going on.... 2001 LB7 CCLB.  12 inch Full Throttle lift and 37 inch Toyos on 20 inch Weld Evo Cheyenne.

My plan is to lower it about 8 inches so I can make it useful.  The bed rails are currently about 69 inches high!

It's no wonder they charged you so much to do the injectors....they had to rent a man lift to work on it!
