Now Earth pigs can fly too!

Sorry folks...But we aviators sometimes called the grunts and grunt types "Earth Pigs."
Just a friendly little jab!

Anyway, look what someone just invented:

No guns or sling load capability.  Good thing it is a prototype.

I'm sure Don has already drawn up the plans for some modifications to fix that problem. If not on paper, at least in his head. You know he needs one of these down at the farm for observation and scouting missions. First order of business when it gets in the garage will be a "fluids change".

Never underestimate a bored grunt. There will be more guns and ammo taped, tied off, and secured to that than the designers ever thought possible.
So, Bobby...being the calculating trained warrior NCO that you are.  Take the appropriate action, Execute!
your standard grunt level CQB is just putting rounds and rounds on scary stuff till it stops scaring you!

You can mount a gun on anything

Here is one mounted to a box!

Well, not actually mounted, maybe just sitting there...

That box contains a rotor blade

We are taking the blade up north to hang on one of our gun birds that had a blade that got ventilated by some ya-hoo with an AK.

Wow that's some serious too close for comfort. Some even inside!

The prototype is pretty cool as well.
I just don't want to wind up missing a digit or limb.  I can sometimes get in a hurry to get results.

See that one on the aircraft roof?

It is an entry hole!

Now think about that for a moment...

Anyway, look what someone just invented:

I seen something similar to this at the air museum in Sioux City Ia. Its near the air base. This thing looked homemade. Run off of 2 air cooled VW engines and system of belts and pulleys. I wish I would have gotten a picture of it.

This thing is ELECTRIC POWERED!

And get this it can be hand flown, or it can pilot itself, be flown remotely, or offer an assist program to new pilots to help them fly the thing even if they don't know how!

Don those pics are pucker factor inducing for sure....so you needed 2 helmets...one to sit on and  one to wear....yeesh.

Very cool machine! That would get me in to some cool trout ponds! If I didn't get shot down by a local with an axe to grind!

Seat had armor panels

One guy took an AK round to the side plate covering his torso which shattered the plate, but he came out with a smile ear to ear!

I tell ya what, do not discount those AK-47's. That is one powerful bullet. If you want to win a fight, a big powerful bullet is a good way to start!

Now think about that for a moment...

Those were the very ones I was referring to.
