You put the trim in before the flooring? Is that normal?Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
Little late, but your mention of the garage door opener in the way -- I would have put in jackshaft openers on the two doors. Gets that darn motor out of the center of the garage where you might be wielding a 2x4, etc around and hit the thing. And yeah -- not sure texturing is the best idea in a garage - will hold onto dirt/sawdust/grease.

The large door sits on the ceiling pretty close now. Plenty of space in the back of the garage (30feet) for activities Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
The logic was avoid cleaning issues with the youth, grout is hard to keep clean with kids. This is similar to Corian countertops, cultured marble, smooth, only joints are caulk in the corners. http://sandandswirl.com Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
