So if I get that right, they are releived of their debt, sell the company, and wash their hands. New owners keep selling guns.
Guess I'm no longer a Colt guy.....might have to look at some of those plastic guns you guys praise so much.

Run up debt, have billions in gov contracts that others would kill for then screw all your suppliers and take the money and run.
