Having some friends with boots on the ground in that area of Colorado not half the story is making it to the press.

Will they treat them like the BP guys or do anything at all??

I heard they are already on the reservation trying to get waivers signed so they don't pay out as much,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

I am sure they will largely be unscathed by this. And also most likely get a fancy uber expensive treatment plant policy for mine waters in some places to then justify some more EPA budget needs.
