For those wanting to increase their stock of weapons, gear, and ammo, 2017-2018 should be the time to stock up.
Gun manufacturer stocks, dropped after the election because the biggest promoter of weapons and biggest driver of record weapon sales ,the democrat party was defeated.
There is a glut of weapons and magazines on the market and already prices of weapns and parts are falling.
if you've kicked yourself for waiting or not having enough supply. Be ready. It will be time to stock up.

Yeah suddenly .22 stuff is available again around here. I grabbed another 2k rounds of match grade stuff just in case it gets hard to find again.
Here we have never had an issue with powder or bullets for some reason it's always available. But I read on the internets we will all have to go to war soon with California because they want to leave the states and become a sanctuary country.
Not sure how that will work with their new gun laws they made...I suppose it's possible they will declare we can only throw water balloons because it's more fair. hen again without the other states.... they wont have any water anyway LoL

i made some purchases as a "hedge" back in late october thinking she would win (i was proven very wrong).
I will not be making any firearm purchases for a long time, but i am also padding the ammo cache.

i went hog wild in 2016 on components, etc. Now, I have all this stuff and nowhere to reload. I wont have a usable workshop until the spring. :(

I just got another 4k 22lr rounds since the stuff is around too. Some of the 22 is over .10 round, just crazy.
Picked some Sierra 69gr for the new AR and a little subsonic 22lr too.
I have to start thinking mags now as the 10rd law is coming up. We just dodged a "emergency" mag regulation, but sure they aren't done.
At least when you dump Kali, let me get out!!

Didn't Cali pass some law about buying ammo too? Can't buy it online anymore & you have to get back ground check to purchase?

Ammo part kicks in July next year, same for the mag law. Background for all ammo sales, no buying by mail, can't bring more than 50rnds from another state when traveling.
Have to register "ghost guns" withing 3 years if I read right. (only have 1 ::))
Any center fire with a mag is now an "assault weapon" Not sure about my M1 Carbine as no pistol grip.
Like all the thugs will follow the law. And I am sure all law abiding citizens will follow them,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Works great in Chicago!

So I'm guessing "ghost gun" equates to home built or old enough it doesn't have paperwork?
My next question is what are you hearing locally? I mean have you guys had enough yet to tell them to go fly a kite, kinda like ny & ct?
Hoping the republicans will help you guys out with real legislation with teeth but not holding my breath either. Colorado could use some help in that respect.

Well at what point will they have enough? Let's look at Chicago for instance, COP just last week I thought I read stated that "more gun laws don't equal less murders because criminals don't regard the laws."
You read this and think well at least he's not a total retard...... But I think the point is this is still America and when the crap gets deep enough the people with have the last say even if it is by mob rule at that point.

Heck, I remember myself! Used to go out every morning and fish-hunt in So Cal. Today they would lock me up where I was.
I used to say they would never do what they are doing now. Of course gas was $.40 a gallon, Laguna Beach wasn't a Gay hangout, hung guns in the window of the truck,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Regular 10rd is still coming unless we win in court or find a good judge again.

Blue helmets, I don't think they are that dumb. We might be willing to kill ourselves as Americans brother against brother. However, you put foreign troops on dirt here then as an American family we will hand them their rear as a united front......

i dont think they're scared quite frankly (that's just cynical, realist me). the last 8 years has shown they can do as they please with little to no pushback. Electing trump put them back on their heels for a bit but dont expect them to stop for a second.
