Yes, ordered some 1/4 alder sheeting. When I get that stuff stained and sprayed I’ll instal the foam insulation on the roof and then follow the alder, led light pucks and go from there

Today with much luck the epoxy was dry, on to the next step! Wall covering!! To the local HD to pick up 30 yards of the outdoor carpet stuff. Using the spray glue previously shown. I masked off windows and floor and ceiling so to not cover everything in glue. Rolled carpet into the garage floor and sprayed it also. The is glue bonds with its self so don’t let it touch is the name of the game. All in all one side done and I am pleased with it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I applied the second coat of paint tonight, I spaced mixing in the non slip additive until I was shoes off, roller in the garbage and ready for a drink...... so I pulled all that back together and fed the ducks so to speak to apply the grit. Back rolled the now extra sticky epoxy.... three hours later it flattened back out and only The lord knows if it was enough to work.
Tomorrow I’ll tell

Here they are, Not exactly the square portion but you could outline the lower portion of the trailer and even go up and around the wheel well.. in the end this is made of wood and glue,, a good wrap around a tree or a larger then Kens GF size rock. The slider bars would look good, add some structural rigidity and function well. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I kinda had some 1.5 tube rock sliders bars down the bottom side of this, similar to Shawn’s he put on a Jeep not to long ago, the ones he added to a square tube I think... You could use them in addition to the frame but as also a step spot to reach things on the roof when the roof is all the way up( I have no idea final height of this).

We used this stuff in hospitals to Air Force bases, Hill Airforce base here in ogden does a bunch or plane repair and reprints. In another life we had the contract for most of the building paint and epoxys. We used this stuff there also. Bullet proof tec. Now they have stuff that cures under a UV light. You actually push a lawnmower type machine that has lights under it. It cures as you walk the floor. Instant use product types https://youtu.be/1D0-r_3RjiUSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Don it’s the older version of what you used on the tanks and everywhere else you had a flat surface, just some pour down self leveling epoxy. As of this morning is looks good. Still a little soft but by tonight should be good to go for a second coat with https://www.hcconcrete.com/product/sharkgrip/Applied Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Sanded the whole floor tonight with 180 grit paper, let the shop dust settle and I’ll vacuum the floor tomorrow after some patch on the floor for the no longer used strap points. Removing 4 of the strap points in the front of the trailer because cabinets and bathroom will block any use of them. Filing holes in the bottom of the trailer with some 1/2 inch ply on the bottom to hold in the bondo and slug that I’ll cut out from 3/4 inch ply. Bondo and sand smooth. I also need to fill in all of the screw holes from the snowmobile track things my buddy used to keep from scaring the trailer floor, that didn’t work but I fixed it now. Getting ready for the latest addition to the family. Momma is ready, baby will probably be born sometime in the next 12 hours or so. You’d think after having as many as I do this would be old hat. I feel like I’ve never done this before.

I think the greatest part of what we are now is. Any slug of a person who truly works. Take a yard care business. One mower and a set of hands can turn his business into a company. Joe blow landscape. With hard work, clean yards gain clients, build a business hire more folks and soon he is above middle class
Under the other proposed its not anything anyone will be doing. Everyone sinks into doing just enough.

Tonight I am testing my epoxy I have had for a long time. Long time enough I had to call an old friend who laughed at me for trying this But this is the grand daddy epoxy to what Don put on his trailer. His stuff is more user friendly. Less temperamental, maybe cost less than what he purchased but if it works I save $500 easy. Mixed up both part A and part B with separate mixers, pour each measured amount to keep my 2-1 mix ration. Cross my fingers it cures 100 solid in the cup in 12 hrs. Cures on the test board at about 15 mils also. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

We used to use a product called shoe goo for skateboarding things. Seemed to seal stuff really well. I also thought since it’s rubber. What about the rubber glue that you use on a bike tire tube to patch a hole. What about that as seem glue?

Those desert washes were some of the funnest trail riding I have ever done. wide open throttle and you could lean over as far as you wanted and push the gas further and the soft sand was wet enough to hold the line!! Due for another one of those trips with the boys for sure

I know it’s a long shot but tint isn’t going to match perfect. Any way to tint smaller portion to see how close the match is?
I like color matched but if it’s to far from identical it will look silly I think.
So maybe green is the solution. Or. Pink for breast cancer
