Even though the 6BT is planned for this, I decided to get the stock setup working as best I could for now. To much on the plate for full swap right now.
With that in mind, I ordered a banks exhaust manifold for the turbo. It will allow the turbo to be turned and moved forward. This will allow better flow and let me put the AC back in working order.

Thought mama was going to park in the little garage?
My oldest takes her driving test in the AM.
If she gets it (some reservations) she was supposed to help getting the others to school. Now she says she wants to go so early to park, the others can't be driven by her. Will be addressed as if I am paying for insurance and reg, she will help.
Took the boys up to the snow today. They closed 80 when we were between ramps (CA drivers) so we sat there for an hour. Finally turned around and found a couple spots near Alta. Had a little dinner at Carls JR and went to Bass Pro for an hour or so.

You know I can't tell you guys how many torsion bars I have done without a tool. Just jack up the truck, relieving tension and they adjust easy.
I just got one though as they are just $20 now.

I would put it on and plug the hose. Smog police look for the obvious, remember the ECM will need programming for that.

So about a year ago I transferred my mothers camry over to me for insurance as she could no longer drive.
When I transferred it, they gave me new Ca plates, which I don't understand and I turned in the old plates.
Over the last year I have gotten several letter to pay the old registration from DMV. Now I get a demand letter from DMV to pay, who has turned it over the tax board for collection with threats of wage garnishment, revoking state license's, property and bank liens.
All this over a car registration that was transferred? This state is getting so bad I may just buy a peice of dirt to get out of here.
Rant over for now, but possibly to be cont,,,,,,,,,,

Sad day for RMTWS, but understood. Directions change.
I have looked at those HF tools also, price of the batteries is enough to look!

I built my own engine stand years ago. Used 3 in square and just welded a tube on the top. About to mode that using a wheel hub. That should hold anything and spin easy. Just have to figure a crank system to turn it.

So that is only needed on the warns, not the hardcore?

I don't remember who I got it from, was like 10 years ago. A sharing session would be great.
I pulled the onstar fuse when I had it but have done it many times since. Just started having issues with all the new upgrades and the CTZ-COZ tunes.

Weighed the dmax today, 8400lbs with my normal stuff, 4400lb on the front axle.
Bought a new DSP5 and trans tune before I saw Don post. Still can't get anything to load and EFI just says read the instructions. Trucks running OK but think it could be better.
Does anyone know this stuff? Done all the updates, seems to load and I see it in the V2, but just says "script error 0502" when I try to load.

Curious, was the ring/spacer then when you took it apart or is this because of the new hubs?

Had a little in the Paypal account and dropped the coin for a new DSP5 with Allison tune for the Max. Hopefully will go in shortly, to may kids things today. Called Bear Performance, but they don't do diesel!
