Will they treat them like the BP guys or do anything at all??

I heard they are already on the reservation trying to get waivers signed so they don't pay out as much,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

I am sure they will largely be unscathed by this. And also most likely get a fancy uber expensive treatment plant policy for mine waters in some places to then justify some more EPA budget needs.
