Kids today don't know how easy they have it. When I was young, I had to walk 9 feet through shag carpet to change the TV channel.

Good news...in a lot of ways.
Enjoy the fire pit!
I just don't want to wind up missing a digit or limb.  I can sometimes get in a hurry to get results.

Good job on that thing

Seeing it makes me want to sip some brew and tell a story to the kids

That's exactly what I'm doing.  Little jack and a story about Thomas Jefferson and the Muslim Barbary pirates.

Do you recall how Obama spun that story about Thomas Jefferson.

OB told the nation that TJ had a copy of the Koran on his night stand. I believe that was true. But the reason was that Jefferson was studying that cult to identify weaknesses he could use to direct his young navy to use to destroy the Muslim pirates.

Isn't it funny how the truth can be spun just a bit to attempt to convey an entirely different message? Works in the fertile (Ignorant) minds of a lot of Americans.

Ah yes. A lie is easier to swallow when it's surrounded by a little bit of truth.

Morning all
