I agree, they get credit for meeting all the owner's requirements.  That is pretty clever.  Just add some large antennas to the back for the final touch of realism.

I would drive the wheels off that thing. 140mph across the Midwest for hours at a time without seeing a soul, 'cept maybe Norm passing me in Anvil.

I had a 1995 Impala SS tuned, cammed, intake, exhaust. Deceptively fast. However no car ever got people out of the left lane like the white crown Vic I had while in AR. Hwy patrol used white Vic's and people couldn't get out of my way fast enough.
