Hello from Northern Kentucky
« on: January 01, 2017, 12:43:27 AM »
I was at Costco the other day and saw a nicely built black Chevy truck and trailer.  The truck had "Real Man Truckworks and Survival.com" stenciled on the side, the rest is history.  I'm a husband, father of nine, provider, protector, Christian constitutional conservative, and I like everything I've seen on the site so far.  I am an Air Force veteran, but don't hold that against me, I know which end the bullet comes out of the firearm.  I've got a 1986 K5 Blazer that is always in need of some TLC.  I'm sure you'll learn more about me as time goes on.  Hopefully I can add some interesting facts or at least a different point of view to some conversations.

Thanks,
Dave

Dave,

I was at Cosco twice the past few days. The last time I saw a guy looking at the truck, I was in the drivers seat, dying with this cold of mine, while Mrs was spending our money, "gathering" things...

Welcome!

And like Redneck said, it's "Our site" I am only in control of it to the extent that it needs someone to actually pay the bills. The rest of these hoodlums and wise-cracks just hang around and make a mess of things! That means that "In the spirit of Christ" you get to run it too, sort of.
Caveat: Being an ex-Armee warrant officer, for some unconnected reason I really enjoy firing people,
so,
Proceed with caution ;-)
And take no advice from the common rabble found all over this place!

Welcom to RMTWS. Holler if you need any help with anything site related.

I see there's already a healthy dose of DOT'ing on your welcome thread. We're off to a great start lol

Welcome Dave!  You are going to need to keep an eye out for that truck any time you are out in public near mulch beds, it might need assistance as Don worries about the 4 Wheel drive capabilities when near mulch.

As a member of Don's "Rabble Brigade", welcome and wade right into the fray!

Welcome Dave, sorry about the DOT action in your first thread. It is the norm around here.

Was that big black truck driving in the mulch?

It's all new pavement there. I actually feel safe! Although there was some visible moisture on the ground, so I locked in 4-Hi and motored right out of it!

Dave,

I was at Cosco twice the past few days. The last time I saw a guy looking at the truck, I was in the drivers seat, dying with this cold of mine, while Mrs was spending our money, "gathering" things...
That was probably me, parked out far in the lot next to your truck with my son, he wanted me to make sure you weren't stuck, hes the nice one in the family. That was on Friday afternoon.

As for being Air Force, guilty as charged. But at least I did it honest, seems like you whirly bird pilots just couldn't pass the tests so you went through the armee as your chance to fly.

Glad to be part of tbr community here, hope I fit in, or at least leave an impression before I'm booted out.
