I am no longer watching nor going to any NFL football games

I am an American and I chose not to support any business nor person who stands against the principals or symbols of my nation.

My take is a little different, there are many things our nation does I don't agree with & I believe in the first amendment. However, the fact all these NFL team owners (other than KC I heard this morning) are nutless & spineless cowards when it comes to keeping their athletes in check & their antics off the stage they are payed highly to perform on. I figure that I can find something better to do on Sunday afternoons, thoughts of sighting in another rifle come to mind....

At this point I have no appetite to digest this crap any longer.

Btw, number 58 Von Miller who I liked until this past Sunday When he took a knee just had his sponsorship pulled by a local car dealer today. I need to email that dealer and let them know when we need a new family vehicle I will be in to see them.

I quit watching thug ball some time ago. I will say the former ranger that was the sole steeler to come out for the anthem sure made a positive statement in my mind.

I don't watch ball, but I felt the same way about that particular guy. Can you imagine the hate he got before, and after, his stand against his teammates? I'm sure at least a few of them are close (or former) friends.

Wow, I've been ahead of the curve on this from an earlier post I made with some others......trend setters we are!  By the way, how many Millionaires are really "Oppressed"?  Love the footage of life long Steelers Fans burning everything they own with the team logo etc.

Haven't watched for some time. Watch Nascar now. Unless in uniform, they ALL take of their hats and they pray!

I'm not going to watch any NFL anymore. NBA and MLB are a joke until the playoffs anyway, so no big loss to me there.

Really hoping the NCAA doesn't allow political activism, or I'll seriously consider giving up my season tickets to UW Football

He is a Ranger
He can deal with everything his team mates can dish out. They haven't led men in battle like he did. He has stared death in the eyeball many a time. He has real courage, more than a couple dollars can buy for an afternoon's entertainment. He is a real man!

Details?  If true, his jersey sales went top to bottom and there's going to be more bonfires in Pennsylvania!

I can't think of a time I have watched more than five min of any professional sports event.  My time is better spent with family, school, work,    I don't have time for multi millionaire types who don't give crap back to the very people they claim are oppressed

I never really cared for professional sports. I prefer collage sports. The kids are there because they want to be not because someone is paying them millions.

Broncos: 'Starting Sunday, we'll be standing together' from here on out

http://www.9news.com/sports/nfl/denver-broncos/broncos-starting-sunday-well-be-standing-together/479357662

Hmmmm, wonder what the other teams are going to do? I'd have to imagine the response from the public has been overwhelming. I also read how the lamestream media would not show the response the crowd was giving to the teams during the playing of the anthem. I'm sure that wouldn't have fit their biased agendas.....

Not at all!

Just sayin that in UK country which is all of Kentucky except for this tiny little dot of an area called louisville where they like red birds. We think of them as those cousins that you wish would remain "Long-lost."
