Norm's new AR
« on: December 19, 2017, 10:35:14 PM »
I found Norm's new AR. I have to admit that I have been looking at Henry 45-70's but the cost of ammo is nuts.

Where do you find brass even if you wanted to reload?

Can you give us a review of your AR Norm?  Lol

Yah BoY that's a rifle. I likely NEED one of these.

Oddly just today I was pointing out at the gun shop meeting of the minds, that you could run a 45/70 with a .308 bolt if ya removed some rim off that brass.

Man I need one of these.... wonder what kinda $$$

That is pretty neat, too bad you have to run modified brass in it......

Well Norm, I'm sure you are on the "nice" list for next Monday so your gun budget should be replenished.

Not bad, but one of the McCann Industries M1 Garands that were chambered in 458 win mag would just be nice to have as well. They aren't made anymore but its a cool thing that was made.

I'll bet you could sell one of the doors and a fender off of Patch to help fund it ;-0
