Government Shut Down
« on: January 20, 2018, 10:10:11 AM »

I say shut the government down.  I had to explain to my 12 year old that nothing changes in a shutdown.  Its a paid vacation for the few government employees that don't go to work because when the government starts up again, everyone gets back pay.

Democrats are scared shirtless because their marxist socialist policies are failing. In all levels of government they've lost over 1000 seats since BHO was elected in 2008.  Trump doesn't play the typical limp wristed wussy politics and is taking their arse to the woodshed like taking their prosthetic arm and beating them with it.

Now with government regulations being slashed and taxes being cut the economy is roaring and even the homo Tim Cook from Apple has to admit the tax cuts are a good thing and is bringing back billions to the US.

Even the republican swamp rats are starting to get on board the trump train.  Those that haven't, like the washed up has been Jeff Flake, can just throw a tantrum on the floor of the senate on their way out of politics because they can't get re-elected.  McCain needs to go away, as does Corker.

Now THE memo is about to come out and the stuff is about to hit the fan when we, once and for all, find out that the past admin and the deep state used illegal tactics and fake intel to spy on an incoming administration.  People are going to jail and losing their jobs.  Just watch.

All the dems can do it to resist and undermine the success of this president and try to get millions of illegal immigrants citizenship so they can increase their voter rolls.  Just another form of buying votes.

For you young folks that don't remember the screw job that got pulled on Regan, there was a deal for amnesty in exchange for border security and immigration reform.  As soon as the republicans signed the deal, the democrats got their voters and then reneged on the security part.  Trump remembers that and aint playing ball with these scumbag socialists like Schumer and Pelosi.

Dems want to talk about 800,000 DACA "kids" but these kids can be as old as 40.  Then unless we end chain migration, these DACA kids get to get legal status for everyone in their family including the illegal immigrant parents that brought them here.  That 800,000 number quickly turns into 3M plus illegals given amnesty and no security or immigration reform just lays the freakin welcome mat out for another huge wave of immigrants from a craphole country.  Yeah I called Mexico a craphole country.  Its safer to be in Afganistan than Mexico.  The wealthy get paid off by the cartel to look the other way and they send drugs and criminals to the US.  You think a mother and three kids can walk into the US but a determined and hardened terrorist is not going to make it through with bio, chem or a suitcase nuke from the Russians?

We are one of the only countries in the world without merit based immigration and with a porous, unsecure border.  You have to be able to put more in than you take out or the whole place collapses into a third world country.

So yeah, shut it down.

/rant off
time for more coffee
Kids today don't know how easy they have it. When I was young, I had to walk 9 feet through shag carpet to change the TV channel.

Wow, if this is you after two days of reviews, I can’t wait for Wednesday’s rant. Sad thing is, as much of a rant as it was, I find myself totally agreeing with you.

Wow, I must be a closet Texan......I agree Charles!

I'd REALLY like to see DACA expire without change and ICE turned loose to round-up and deport everyone of them with a criminal record, who hasn't already self-deported.  ALL BENEFITS WITHOUT CITIZENSHIP TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY!  Life saving medical treatment only, administered free, conditional upon an immediate ride back to their country of origin and the promise of immediate incarceration upon unlawful return to the US.

That piece of scum who just bragged at his hearing, the he wished that he'd kill more cops after being deported several times, should be tried quickly using his own comments as Prosecution Exhibit #1 and then taken out and shot, hanged, beheaded (pick any one) immediately in a public place in the closest town square to the courthouse.  Same treatment for citizen criminals with overwhelming physical evidence of similar violent crimes; the return to the Clinton era Welfare to Work program to stop the career leeches on Society and a shift to private driven Charity assistance instead of  US Government ineptitude growing the problem.

Ooops, I guess that last cup of Coffee pushed me over the edge too.....or not!

Agree with all of this TRN! I think social media helps get the true message on DACA and the shutdown past the MSM so Americans know the truth. I saw a CNN poll that blamed Dems (31%) for the shutdown more than Trump (21%) or Repubs (26%) - yes combined more blame Trump and R's but i thought that was a very good sign that it wasnt 2% blaming Dems.

I do think this huge fight on DACA is Dems trying to redirect attention over the Obama/Hillary corruption that is starting to come out as you referenced on "the memo". I too think people will end up going to jail over it. I just wish the MSM would wake up and realize this is such a problem for the country beyond ideological/party stuff.

I agree Charles. It is way more than the 800k or 3m if you keep the chain migration going and then the stupid lottery for immigration?

If you can't offer something stay out. They come in and go right on welfare and SS.

Next we need to address the 14th amendment about being a US citizen when born here when your parents are illegal.

I really what is in the memo and why Sessions hasn't said a thing yet? Now wouldn't it be cool if it lead to an EX head of the state dept?

Unfortunately I don't share all of your enthusiasm. I do not believe anything substantial will come from this memo (meaning I don't think we will see a bunch heading to prison)..........

Heck yeah Tex, let it all out ....

To heck with daca, Build that wall!! This is from my #1 camera, Monday morning. I decided to stay home that day instead of sitting the blind...glad I did.

half hour later my BP neighbor had a team headed that way. A few hours later I got this pic, along with this text:

"my guys wanted to say thanks, you kept a serious los serranos gang member from entering our country"
Made me feel pretty good.

There just here to do jobs that Americans won't do Ken........

Jobs like mooching off the tax payers, killing innocent people, leading gangs, car jacking, burglary, fake injuries in supermarkets (saw that one yesterday) and complaining about our laws, raping.....NOPE, I think we have enough CITIZENS already doing all of that!

Charles, lol. The place I'm hunting now is known to be dangerous. I guess it's quite common for them to be carrying AKs and they have spotters on the mountain tops. They typically leave hunters alone, or at least that's what I'm told.

here's another tank a couple miles away from the first one....11 in this group, and pretty sure they got through the gauntlet that night (I haven't got a follow up pic from the BP)

Did you see AJ and how he released the "memo" ? Not real sure what happened there. Some guys were saying that the FISC report he "broke" was out months ago, but AJ said it just became available today, on gooberment website.

Well, supposedly it's the 100 page report that the 4 page memo summarized.

Ken, truth be told I don’t know much about it. The way it came out seems fishy though. Release the full 100 pages, we don’t need cliff notes. Sounds like a Clinton engineered distraction.

The 100 pages will have methods and sources which need to remain classified. Summary Is apparently damaging enough.  Let’s get it on!!
