Its a Senville unit I got off Ebay for $580 with a longer hose kit. Feed back was good, shipping was free and it is a 15.2 seer.

Comp is 24x30 and the head unit is 24x8x8 with remote.

Drilled the last hole for the lines last night and will run the hose later today and finish the sheetrock.

Got the old doorway covered and the AC mount on. Compressor is on it, just no pic.

Didn't want the big ol cans going through my 7in insulation and these were 1/4 the price and simply fit in the hole you cut out of the sheetrock.

All states require a drivers side mirror at least.

You sure about this JR? Research I did states Colorado does not. If you do not then you need full unobstructed view of the rear via your rear view mirror which I have.

Yep, I read the code. True you must have at least 1 mirror with unobstructed view.

That means no rear tint, nothing in the rear window, no rear passengers no spare tire or blocking cargo in back.

What wheels??

Sure Don is tuff, but knee pain can really get you. We need pics of course!! (not the knee)

Dr said mine is sprain, but I have a pinched nerve also. That is keeping me from sleeping way to much. Only hurts when I lay down??

They are touting freedom of speech for the kids, why no the teacher?

I like her, breath of fresh air! Heard this many time in the past few days on the radio, not any TV of course.

At the the kids taking to the prez and such today said they liked what he was doing so far. I bet the media hates that.

Is she single? Wait I'm married and 3k miles away,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

I have a 2A 12v driver for the LEDs in the top box. It also has an on/off for the fan. So far it does not run the LEDs. Puts out 12v, but lights don't, well light!

Lower has a 3 button switch for the LEDs so each row can be on/off and there is a dimmer on the main switch. Fan has a separate remote with its own LED.

Got up a little sheetrock, hopefully finish that tomorrow. No texture for this room, hope I can do that justice with my mudding.

Opened up the wall for the new door. This will allow a 3 foot landing, a closet to the right, new room U turn to the left and 1/2 bath to the left.

This will all be closed off via a barn door to the rest of the upstairs.

Finished the LED wiring and the insulation. Still have not found the correct convertor for the LEDs. They work fine with the stock driver, just 5.8 watts for 2 lights (4000k each).

I heard about this when it happened. More BS from a company that doesn't get it here in the US.

Have not been in one for years, guess I won't for the foreseeable future!

Funny thing, you cannot keep an on duty LEO from any public business, gun free or not.

I thought about making one, well 2. Maybe on my lathe. Not made for wood but a little can't hurt.

Bending that corner will not work, too tight.

Prayers sent, wish I was more on time with this. As long as the family is safe, it is OK. (sorry for the pup)

Mementos are the big thing to loose, I have been through that. So glad you found that box!

Being fully insured is helpful, but it takes months to get through it all.

God Bless you all Duane!!

Time for a bigger 5th.

7773
Heck, I am using a cup upstairs when I work right now.

There is a sink next to that rear wall as the plans show. You could tap another drain into that easy as well as the water. A toilet might be a challenge as the others or are the far side of the house and it will need to be a 3 inch pipe for that. Heck a sink out there and a urinal would be a blessing when you are working on things.

Here they are to worried that killing them may involve pain.

7777
Heck, they get over 300 out of the 5.3, mid 4's should be easy for the 6.2. 8.1 is still better, but not a diesel.

7778
I believe you have to have an exterior standard door to the garage, not the house, for safety. With that big lot a rear roller would be nice.

7779
I like the light outlets under the eaves. Deal with that every year and it would so much work.

7780
Can't agree more,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

7781
I should have said garage door.

7782
Just run plumbing and do later, much cheaper!

7783
Sweet house and garage. Bedrooms up stairs? 9.5 ceilings, great!

Have them add a big door out the back. Neighbor has one, works great! You have to walk through the house to pee? With your mud room and washer dryer there a toilet would be easy!

Ran the conduit down and through the solar inverter. This was the last wire that will run the AC head and a 20amp outlet with USB.

LED, insulation and sheetrock this week!

Wife started a new shift, 0600-1400 with s-m off. She's happy but now I get to get all the kids to school (3 diff ones) and pickup 2.

Got all the little things done on the Dmax last week (#8 glow-themos-upper balls and tie rods), now the tailgate won't open, sounds the rod came off but no time today with V day.

Seeing the Dr in the AM for the right knee. Moving slow, can't sleep. Feels like a knife below the kneecap.

Ran conduit for the last of the elec on the room, pulled the wire and got it all hooked up. Goal is to have it done by the end of the month.

7787
Place in Santa Cruz and Florida does those. Seen em go for around $35-40, not bad!

Please pray for the children and family of those children in the Florida school shooting today... I'm too angry right now need to take a minute.

And they say the signs were there and was not supposed to have a pack, much less the obvious.

For some reason I pictured the cabin out a little more.

7790
Pretty sure you can get a metal roof in about any style. Some are panels that look like regular shingles but last for 50 years. In a hard area 10-15 years is all for regular shingles.

Bob, I like that idea for general layout. Fixed point and no real scale.

Dave, was this one of the lots you were looking at?

They have some pretty good deals there! In fact I got a shockwave for my 300 since I use FDE on it.

I need to find a LH upper now for a friend. Not a lot of choices, but they are out there.

Got some done this weekend.

Closet framing finished. Got sheetrock upstairs (13) and new 30in door.

Removed the folding pull down stairs and relocated the HF hoist (best $50 I ever spent!), now centered over 28x54 opening. Cut a panel to fill it but still needs a frame and not sure which end to hinge.

Did a nice job on it. Did you want it to be adjustable or would a nice cheek piece done the job?
