I must say high instead of higher because you would have to be high to write with such a limited view point.

Georgetown......most Universities......The Land of Unicorns and Rainbows -  ;)  Russia's Cold War PsyOps have come to full bloom!

So, in retrospect, RUSSIA WON THE COLD WAR; Just took 20 more years to fully unfold!
