Something weird here....the article says she is a US (i.e. Federal) Judge....but she isn't. She is a CT Superior Court Judge.

So maybe she is trying to get it kicked to the Federal Courts by not dismissing it or finding in favor of Remington. I don't know. I would be curious what a federal lawyer would say about this.
