The boys and I are off on our guys trip to Florida. My brother's kid is graduating from high school in Clearwater. My nephew decided to come along. Had a little accident hooking up the trailer. The jaws appeared to be latched so I went ahead and ran the jacks up before I did the tug test. They were not latched. Ripped the plug out, smashed the cord and destroyed the spar tire carrier. A couple hours later we were on the road. Got really lucky there wasn't more damage.

Welp, I’ve been off the grid for a bit. Well not at all but offline I suppose would be more accurate.

Been a busy couple weeks two trips south, and now unwinding after day two of flooring.

Down to bedrooms to do now. A lot of stuff in the way, and really glad most of it isn’t here yet.

Also building a couple ladder trucks for our upcoming fire rodeo and for an annual fire chiefs conference.

These are the ladders.

This was the finished product last year.

Next trip out I think some of our stuff is coming.
Oh yeah, picked up a new to me 24’ v nose enclosed. So hauled a bunch of shop stuff, new quad and sea doo out this time.

Some stuff to go back for HH6 to uard sale or whatever she does.

Glad to see lots else going on.

Still working on my floors. Plan has changed twice now with little/no support so I do what seems right. (plenty of odd feedback)

Tore a washer motor down yesterday that wouldn't start, hummed nice! Found the starter board hanging loose in the case (supposed to bolt on top case). Located a new board in Sac, will get tomorrow.

I have been cleaning the side of my house now for 2 days. It was getting bad and now insurance companies out here don't like seeing "clutter" since all the big payouts.
