And this just in. Prior to this week ROE in Syria did not allow us to bomb oil tanker trucks, because killing the driver would be considered killing civilians. Mean while that allowed ISIS to make $1M a day on the sale of black market oil....
Just how naive and foolish is the POTUS?

I don't like the location of the first one.
I'm going to refrain from commenting on the second other that to say, drawing attention away from the weapon is a type of concealment

When I bought my dually 2 1/2 years ago I had the dealer install the B&W Turnball system and the Companion Fifth Wheel hitch. Its been a great hitch and I really like it. There is a square post that fits into the gooseneck socket and the Companion slides over it and a single bolt on top torques it vertically and two U bolts affix it to the post.
Inexplicably when I went to remove the hitch last time the single bolt was very stiff and I could not get it out so I pulled the hitch and post together. Later in the garage I put the impact to it and after much effort it came out with all the threads missing.
I always start it by hand and it was not cross threaded.
I called B&W without much expectation and was pleasantly surprised.
1. A live person answered the phone ( In Kansas, not India) 2. She was intelligent and helpful 3 She was able to help without transferring me 4. I asked her how to go about buying that piece and she said that she would send me a new post and bolt for free. 5. I asked her if I could pay for expedited shipping because I plan to take it out for Thanksgiving and she sent it 2 day fed-ex for free.
As a result, I am a B&W customer for life. Well done B&W that is a lost and dying art.
So I can't vouch for corporate Christian values as I have not asked or investigated, but they know how to win a customer.

Kyle, looking good.
When I told my builder I was putting a large safe on the second floor, he asked me where and told me that he needed to beef up that area with some extra bracing. While it may weigh what a bathtub weighs, its on a 1/3 of the surface area.

I give him a "C". Lots of gear talk and other stuff. Nothing about practicing. Practicing drawing from concealment, situational shooting with live rounds, and just plain practicing shooting your weapon in general. It takes 3000-4000 repetitions to ingrain a motion in your gross muscle memory. If you can't say that you've drawn from concealment, presented a weapon and made a shot...at least 3000 times, then "shame on you"

When speaking about dismantiling the second amendment, the liberals have said "If we can save one child we should take that step." and that congress should "have a debate and examine their own conscience" http://www.breitbart.com/video/2013/01/14/obama-if-we-can-save-one-child-we-should-take-that-step/So lets apply that same logic to some other high profile issues: 1. If we can save one Kate Steinle ( https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shooting_of_Kathryn_Steinle) by deporting millions of illegal immigrants and shutting down our porous border.....Nope. Liberals want millions of illegals to come and stay and continue to kill innocent people. Cops, civilians and children have all been murdered by illegal immigrants but there is no outrage to curb that.. 2. If we can save one one life ( or 3 and another 264 wounded) in a Boston Marathon bombing by two muslim refugees sponging off our welfare system and being radicalized to commit a bombing....we should refuse any more refugees from Muslim countries....Nope. Our Pathetic In Chief Oxygen Thief would risk hundreds if not thousands of lives bringing in Muslims from Syria that we have zero chance of fully vetting. But wait! They are women and children fleeing the war torn region. According to the state department only 2% are military age males. Nope 62% are military age men, just the type of radicals we need in this country to kill us from within. http://www.redstate.com/2015/11/18/state-department-lied-press-syrian-refugees/http://www.thereligionofpeace.com/pages/americanattacks.htm3. If we can save the life of one child by stopping the mass murder of Planned Parenthood harvesting body parts....Nope, The liberals are willing to shut the government down to preserve funding for the murderers of children So the Libtard-In-Chief surrounds himself at the signing of the health care law taking over 1/3 of the economy by surrounding himself with children like Hitler used youth to create a perception of caring. He also invokes children for political gain around gun control when it suits his purpose while ignoring dead Americans, childrens and unborn children when it suits his purpose. If we employed his logic, we'd all be better off had his mother aborted him in the sand of Kenya...the life of one child...for the good of a nation.

In looking closely at your plating, Dave, I really enjoy the artistic use of the puree.....
Oh, wait! Perhaps that was pictures of your seconds and the "puree" was a little left over....
Looks good. I assume that's knife and fork or the beans would fall off?

So Don how many teeth on the factory rear? 14/15 was a 7% reduction in speed.
If the factory is 42, then a 43 will get you about 2.5% which is about halfway between.

I'm going to de-rail my own thread.
I agree with building as I have built my fair share.(you get exactly what you want without leftover parts) I am curious as to what you both would select to build for that price? A general sense of whose lower, LPK, Upper, Bolt/Carrier, furniture, sights, etc.

And they will shoot up again in price on the next panic. in 2008 all my friends were calling asking what they should buy. I told them "nothing" if you waited this long just sit tight and wait for the panic to stop and then buy what you should have had all along....
If I had the extra cash those would be on my list and left in the box. When the panic starts again, and it will, the Colt branded stuff always commands a premium over the other brands like Bushmaster, Stag, etc. Now is the time to buy some. You can triple you money in the next panic. e.g. Clinton wins and pursues another "assault" weapon ban like her hubby

Im more concerned about the burst than FA. FA is hard to control accurately. Repeated 3 rd bursts are very deadly.

Wonder if French citizens can sue their government for the right to bear arms? One can argue that being disarmed led to mass casualties as opposed to a few armed law abiding citizens ending it earlier.

Why won't they disclose what was stolen? That is the freaky part. We should have the right to know if they got out with grenades, full auto weapons, etc. and how many.

Well, Kenneth. The first one gets to drive a 2005 Honda Odyssey with 100K on it. If she doesn't get in trouble or wreck it for two years, she can have momma's SUV, which I only paid $23K for. In 6 years it will be worth about $0. :rasberry
My youngest keeps telling me she wants my 2001 Duramax....not happening, especially with the tuna and 12inch lift...

HC, I hope you aren't showing prejudice against the 7.62 or the .50....
Homicide bombers are the ones that are game changers. It's almost impossible to defend against. Which is why we need to close our borders and not allow any of the refugees here.

Lol. Yeah. At this point in my life a 90k depreciating asset doesn't seem real smart. I did get all the maintenance completed to get it up to a baseline. Just have to do the coolant and belt.

I wholeheartedly agree with the idea that it will happen here. We've got a porous border and OTMs have been flooding across it. We've already had lone wolf attacks. We have a Muslim sympathizer in chief and a PC government. After 9/11 you'd have thought we'd get serious but we just let it fade from our memories and wait for the next twin tower incident to wake us back up instead of being vigilant.
Weapons training is good, don't get me wrong, the first thing that has to be trained is the mind. Situational awareness at all times, not just when you're feeling tactical is step one. Then you must know what to do even if you do not have a weapon. The last step is deploying a weapon in a bad situation and being prepared to deal with the consequences, both emotionally and physically. ( and financially, in some cases)

It boggles the mind why Hillary let her "good friend" ambassador Stevens die a horrible death. Was it all to be able to support the narrative that UBL was dead and Al Quaeda was on the run? So that the election made BHO look good? If so I hope they both burn in hell.
