That should make a nice shop, it’s starting off clean, that’s a start. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
2 questions... forgive my ignorance...so you would actually own it, so you could do whatever you want, within how guidelines?..and, how close is the bathroom?(sounds important)Sent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
Do you have basic drinking water at your location? Or is that club house also? What other shops or storage units being used for near by? Like minded folks as yourself? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Worth noting there are around 5 of these types of places within 15 mins of our new house 1 is within a mile actually but I didn’t care for the guy running it. They did have restrooms in each unit though & were a bit higher per sq ft then what I’m paying. The place I’m at runs from $130 a sq & up depending on new or used units & size etc. My unit was used & is a second phase build newer ones have some slight differences. This was started in 08 and is on its fourth & last phase coming up.
What’s with all the wood in a metal fan shop? What happened to using steel?Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Sounds about like the size loft I am doing, I had planned in tying off of two walls and two post oof the other side to the floor, metal posts to floor. All other material is same. Interested in your cost vs mine. Do you by chance have wheelwright lumber in your area. It may be just a local shopSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I haven’t ordered my material yet but I would be happy to get a starting quote to go off, momma isn’t gonna like the additional cost upfront but will like the storage area that is all hers when it’s done. Mine is looking like 15x12 Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Uh, ok. ..never built a loft anyway. But I will point out your screw-ups, even if there isn't any. :)
Man I like that table saw stand. I need to look into that as I have the same sawSent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

That last sentence sounds pretty useful, as in:#1-changing light bulbs#2- better built than those Walmart fold up shades (Will it fit in the Jeep?)#3-add chain=mobile gantry#4-add ramps and cut floor out=mobile lube "pit"...and last #5- mobile speach platform, for when Shawn runs for Gov'ner;PSent from my Pixel using Tapatalk
