Don't know what it is for, but it needs a few more screws to help keep it from coming apart.

Negative, but apple doesn’t fall far from tree most likely. My dad did tell me about as a kid he once took a blow torch to the honey bees after watching the bee guy come out and collect honey. You can guess how that went....

I actually was that kid
Truth
When I was way little, say 10ish the neighborhood gang found a hornets nest while collecting wild rasberries. They told me about it, and dared me to take a swing at it with a baseball bat.
Well I did
And God protected me
And this is the absolute truth
Those hornets came out with such a rage that they were actually bouncing off of me while flying straight toward that gang of kids. I never got stung, not once. All of them were stung multiple times, some very seriously. I can't remember, but I think the boy, Mark, was stung 11 times. I wonder if that is correct, as that would likely be lethal. But me, nada.
I think I did the same thing with a Chinook or a Huey and a raiding party a time or two.

That would be a pretty big kid!

So that box doesn't solve some complex math equation, have all prime number measurements?

Create some sound?

Or produce some HF emission detectable by aliens?

Have trapped whale songs inside?

modern dreamcatcher?

Could it contain a key?

Or possibly be Pandora's other box

Could the Da#$!! farkin' thing be there just to drive me nutz?

Could it be nothing at all?

Does it align itself with the center of the universe?

a coffin for the Geico Gecko?

Contain the other U-bolt nut I lost this afternoon

Contain the origin of life

Or somehow solve the mysteries of a woman (Naw, too small for that...)

Does it contain another smaller duplicate box, which in turn contains yet another duplicate smaller box?

Why would someone waste their da$N!ed Farkin' time buildin' a stupid wooden box with way too many screws holdin' it together?

Could it be used to beat you upside your hard stupid dam#$!! Farkin' agravatin' bony head?

Why not,   Does it get a finish on it? Spray paint? Stained and lacquer? TS grey?

Is it a dead man?   A piece of wood buried in the ground on the corner of a fence to keep the corner from falling in? Wood-feet deep- wire attached to vertical fence post?

Is it the box that the wife keeps the man card in?

I'll contact some of you privately. But I plan to stop by your house and leak some fluids on the driveway and drive off in the lawn a little bit ;-)
I hear there are a bunch of my same last name out there in the Utah. I hear they are in Ogdon, salt lake and a host of small town scattered about. Wonder how all that happened, thought I'd locate a couple of them and ask.

If you make it up to WA and then come west to MN (I94 is the main drag West to East before you have to turn south to avoid the Great Lakes) and then over to WI to see Bobby and then south to see Cuda in Chicago you would drive right by me. I even have a couple extra bedrooms and hot and cold running water if you are tired of camping. :) I'll leave the light on for ya!
