What does the wifi allow you to do?I've been thinking about some type of smoker for a while. Its not really a matter of if, but more of what and when. First I was thinking about building something but lately a pellet smoker has been appealing. I wonder if something like this wouldn't be exactly what I would get the most use out of.

Shawn, I did some prime rib for our Christmas party a couple years ago.60-70 lbs...What I did,Steak spice and pepper rub, whole garlic cloves slipped in a stab cut 1" inch, I put a whole bulb in each roast. In oven to caramelize the fat, 450* for about 15-20 mins. Then onto smoker for a few hours. It was shocking how fast, want to say 3-4 hours only. Took to 140* and called them done. Turned out fantastic.
