Unless it was on nasa's actual site, i call bsYea, it's a NASA film copied onto YouTube. Analysis suggests it is a part of the "helicopter" ship used to safely land perseverance onto the surface. It flew off where it crashed and this net is a part of it that, I guess, blew all the way over to this spot!
