I have spent a little bit of time doing the audible books and read a few.

I thought we might be able to have conversations on topics and discuss books we are reading or have read.

Long ago a manger suggested I read “ Who moved my Cheese”


I didn’t understand why he wanted me to read the book.

I know now fifteen min into the book.

I don’t personally like change, I don’t like to move, I don’t like a single part.

I match most with the character “haw”.

I don’t think there is anything I don’t fit into his character.

I’m going to focus on being faster at recognizing the change, begin my mental adjustment sooner because o don’t think I’ll ever be excited about change.   
I also would like to see if I can help my five yr old.  His anxiety is just like mine and change screws him up for days

So here are 2 books that i have read several times and actually teach the concepts to people on a regular basis.

The first book is called "Crucial Conversations".  It is written by a guy named joseph grenny.  it teaches you how to actually change your behavior towards other people as well as teaches you tips and tricks on how to spot instances in time where crucial conversations can and will happen and how to effectively deal with them.

The second book is called "7 habits of highly effective people".  It was written by DR. Stephen Covey.  I am also certified to teach their 2 day course 7 habits for highly effective managers  (which is modified directly from that book.)

Most all of Malcolm Gladwell’s stuff too.

Know what, I think I'll pick that up for a read. Even though he's a frogman, probably still worth a read

I’m in a few chapters.  It’s so far good.  Still on the fence I hate reading political agenda but so far he has stayed non biased even though I know his thoughts.
