Yes sir, designed by a female engineer at Bill's Englewood Driveshaft in Englewood, CO. Can’t say enough about them. Small shop with great customer service.

Moshimoto intercooler in route to handle the added boost. I ordered 3” od steel pipe last week and need to get some of the turbo piping mocked up when that shows up.

Is Shantell still there?

those are almost too pretty to put under that frummins

Not a lot in the way of updates. Too many life things going on to focus on this project and my buddies shop who built the motor has been slammed all year. I have come the conclusion had I went with a single turbo this truck would have been done months ago.

So recently we’ve had cab up and down a couple times fitting various things. Ran into several issues due to compounds eating up valuable space. First was the down pipe and transmission dipstick. Both wanted to live in same space on passenger side. The easy fix was to cut both ends of dipstick and connect each end with heater hose. Then routed it up to drivers side area, only issue in this was it took up several hours getting it the right length and mounts made.

Next issue is the power steering line. I spent all morning last Friday driving up and down front range to finally get directed to the guys in the card posted above. They were able to braze a new fitting onto the 180 degree hard line coming out of the hydroboost and then adapt that to a jic fitting and 90 degree M20 threaded male fitting going into power steering box. I’ll post pics of that Monday once I pick it up.

Next I will be having them lengthen the AC line going to the dryer from the pump to clear the compounds. More pics to come shortly.

Tweaked the bend in this AC line roughly an inch lower then dropped it off at tubes and hoses so they could add 8” to overall length in order to snake it down under the air intake.

Dropped cab & checked fitment of the down pipe and it will work as is with plenty of clearance to firewall.

Picked up power steering line from tubes and hoses but forgot pics again. They do nice work.

Some new hoses, parts and pieces. Not pictured but I had to source new longer 18mm bolts and nuts from McMaster.com to work with the destroked motor mounts. You’d think they would include them.

Nope, still sitting on a rack in my shop. Won’t worry about those until I get this truck buttoned up drivetrain wise.

Thanks but highly doubtful, just an old shop truck with some better parts maybe. It’ll be a good truck for Montana I hope…..

I heard a rumor he is going to decide it’s not quite right, and after buying and driving a Chevy Bolt EV for a while, he’s gonna get a Jeep. But that’s just a preposterous turn of events, so it has to be a rumor.

Gunna daily it up in MT, but this is just motor conversion. Lots of other small things to work out yet on this truck and I’m sure a couple bugs I haven’t yet realized.

Ya need to do something about that fan shroud. If your Cummins keeps seeing that powerchoke label, it may start believing it is one. Then you'll lose 100hp and have other problems brought on by insecurity! A little bit of time now with a carpet knife may save you a world of headache later! LOL!

Yes, have drove it but need to finish several things that would make it much nicer to drive.

-Rear brakes
-After market fenders so can turn fully and then fabricate inner front fenders
-Front lockouts
-Find out why it pukes ps fluid after I turn it off
-Break in gears in axles
-Trans tuning
-Reverse shackle flip rear axle
-Align front tires
-Hook up down pipe to oem rear exhaust (minus fed bs)

Picked up trailer connector and license plate light b4 church this morning.

Think that is complete punch list now ^^^^^^^

Borrowed my buddy JB’s trailer with drive over fenders and moved the truck to Montana this last Friday. Pretty sure the lower power steering line from reservoir is the leaking culprit. Trans tuning needs addressed. I’m also believing the afc live wasn’t correctly installed at diesel shop so will need to play with that as well. Many little pieces to dial in yet when I get time. Most likely this winter.
