Heading up this Friday probably until Sunday. What a game changer having the trailer up there.

Should have the manlift back from the neighbor which will make sealing the trailer roof way easier.

Made a medicine cabinet up for the trailer too. Just had a mirror on the wall with NO storage at all. Just ripped some 1/2 ply I had, made a couple poly shelfs and sealed it up. Used the mirror that was there. Only cost was a piano hinge and a couple #8, 3.5 inch CS screws.

I dislike underground LP tanks, always have and always will. The developer who built the cabin didn’t want to bring in enough fill & buried the tank too low. So now the lid or box will fill with water during the winter and spring wet season.

This is my second attempt to try and keep water out of it. I buried a drain pipe as low as I could yet still get fall on it to the ditch. The drain opening at the box on the outside at this level it is below the regulator and shut off valve inside the box. I then filled it with pea gravel on the drain side outside of green box to the surface. Finally I cut the soil around the whole thing out about 8” deep and sloped the soil around perimeter of box to the drain side. Finally I backfilled around box with pea gravel. My thought is any water around exterior should make its way thru pea gravel and towards drain. Fingers crossed

Been looking for almost a year for a 350x, had one close to being bought a few months ago from a widow when she backed out at 11th hour. Got done stacking wood this evening and sat down in office. I opened marketplace and this was just listed about 20 mins from me. An hour later it was in my pickup. Needs a couple small things but seems like a solid bike.

I thought you were trying to recover your body, not destroy it! oh the fondly remembered concussions... what were we talking about again?
I never claimed to be smart Tate……

How did we survive as youth? LOL I guess it is true what doesn't kill you makes you stronger.  That must be why we didn't need participation trophy

I have a BigRed.
Bought it for a song many years ago from someone who didn’t know Honda bikes.
“Hasn’t ran in at least ten years. “
I drained the fuel tank out in fresh gas and it fired right up.

Now that 2-stroker…well thems a whole nuther level of smack. lol.
Have fun with that!

Sam, this is a 4 stroke the big boy. Those 250Rtwo smokes are no joke but always needing something. These are a bit more reliable like the 200x’s imo

Yeah this electric car thing is a novelty, little more. Someday, someone, somewhere will invent a battery that is lightweight and stores a universe of power. Until then, let's just refine our gas and oil-powered engines.
On the weight thing, Bob, I didn't know, but it is easy to believe. The battery cells are very big and heavy. They blow up, burn for days and put out noxious fumes while burning for days. Not our best move, these quiet little battery cars.

Son gets most of the credit. He did all the prep and wet sanded. I just sprayed it.

Jerryrigged a front bumper until he decides what he really wants. Probably a mix of pipe and sheet.
