Just watched this last night. Very good movie about a prisoner exchange between the US and Russia (U2 pilot Gary Powers for a Soviet spy). Tom Hanks does a good job and as usual for Spielberg, very good depiction of what was going on at the time. Our youngest watched it with us and I found not only was the movie really good from a story perspective but the history lesson was great too. I remember reading that for our kids (mine anyway who were all born in 1993 and later) that for them even the first Gulf War is "ancient history". So for them to see what was going on during the height of the Cold War is very powerful. I also loved seeing how a (somewhat) ordinary citizen can do extraordinary things. Very cool movie if you have a chance to catch it.
