Flying south from Iraq just before the land invasion of that country during desert storm I was fortunate enough to see tens of thousands of vehicles lined up ready for the invasion of that country. Fortunate, because few people ever get to see the real power of this nation in plain sight. These pics from the south pacific, to me, are similarly mind boggling...Enjoy
