I priced them at the dealer. They wanted $800. I like the looks of them carhartt covers.

Carhartt covers are nice.

I've been thinking about those seat covers.

Well, finally all caught up...
I've been AWOL and offline for a couple weeks now.

So Sam update:

Was successful candidate for new job...accepted it on vacation in Mexico...
Now I am dealing with some snowflakes Charles, what was that book you had mentioned?

Home from vacation without any issues.
Fell into new job supervising electrical department at one dam currently and the new one once online, 12-18 months from now.
A week and change at work, and out in the bush for a week.

Man have we got a lot of snow again this year. 3-4 feet everywhere.

Out with the Rangers doing our thing. Couldn't make our target lake as going was very slow, given a few more days (which weren't planned) we could have easily.
Nice to get out in the 10 man tent again.

Lots going on here too, a long read to catch up.
I just don't want to wind up missing a digit or limb.  I can sometimes get in a hurry to get results.

Sam I finished up the book Managing the Millennials, it was a good read, while I noted many things I could change in myself but good ways to help set an example of others to make similar adjustments

Try: Not Everyone Gets a Trophy

Millennials like to keep score and get immediate feedback and recognition.

Moral of the story, make good hires and spend your time with high performers and then manage the low performers out quickly.

Congrats on the new job

Thanks Charles and Dave.

I've inherited some attendance Managment and performance management cases.
The previous supervisor has the process rolling, and I intend to keep it.

Set to hire a new senior technician, interviews to start next week I hope.
When I left last week had four solid candidates applied.
If only it was easy to be rid of that 10% easily...

I started a new process to keep score, they didn’t like it much when I showed them the results, they were not happy when I put preform them three to one lol. Scores only if they are winning.

That's the London Bridge

Purchased from the British government by a US Land developer (in Arizona)

And carefully reconstructed on a man made lake.

Here was this morning at hoover dam.

For not being able to go on an actual tour, the exibits and videos are pretty informative.

After that we stopped at fox smokehouse BBQ and i must say it was DAMN GOOD!  Oh and i got a new recipe for baked beans.....

Got to see both of them. Reba here in Ca and Brooks/Dunn up in Reno, both were great!

Now that is easy, Vegas. Did you do the roller coaster in NYNY? The look on my wifes face was priceless.

Is the water still down at the dam? We went through Laughlin on the way home. Had a Notar land not 20' away as we ate dinner at a hotel. I went fishing while my wife played (caught a couple) and a beaver walked right out of the reeds up to me.

There is a small air museum on the way to the canyon if you are going that way.

No coaster, i only went into cesars and bellagio.  Oh wait, i went into mgm to check out the "CSI experience" which was complete garbage.

The lake was down quite a bit

What I wouldn't give to have a man lift.... my brother is trying to buy one so we can use it to build his steel garage, but he's taking his sweet time.
Now I'm trying to mig weld in the wind.

I hear you, done it both ways. Yes a manlift is SO much better. If I only had 1 though, I would chose a forklift.
