God is everywhere

The teenagers had a wonderful experience last night after dinner. We had them sitting in a park area outside the restaurant talking to them about what we expected from them tomorrow as we are going to a park and they are going to engage people to talk about the gospel. The area that we will be in only has one evangelical church for 115K people. That is the church we are helping. After we sent the kids off in small groups to pray for tomorrow a young pastor and his wife (they had been watching us) came up and talked to us. He was from another area but knew of the efforts that the church we are helping has done. Before he left he prayed for the kids. Most of the kids said that after he prayed for them theg are ready for sharing their faith this evening. Just amazing that in such a lost area that this young pastor was able to pray for the kids and get them charged up. Nothing is impossible when God is there.

Yesterday evening was such a blessing to see these 15 teenagers going through a park and talking to strangers about their Lord and Savior. God had been working ahead of them preparing the hearts of the people in that park. Sure they met some people that didn't want to hear anything but the ones that did the kids opened up and talked for some time with them. I think the shortest conversation with those that God prepared for them was around 10 minutes.
