Title: 100 days of prayer and fasting

I’m going to start my 30 days of fasting and 100 days of prayer tomorrow.

This is an annual thing and some here join me in doing so.

I would ask you to include this in your prayers, as I feel 2024 is a year of decision for this website.
and will be a pressing and stressful time for our nation.

Real Man, this forum brings people together. Mostly for entertainment, but it is a safe place where we honor God in what we do. We control our emotions, do not curse and extremely limit harshness and crudeness in accordance with what Jesus tells us to do and not to do in the bible. So in my mind at least we are a bit of a ministry where people can go about doing their and sharing their lives without harassment, or having to endure all the crap you find almost everywhere else.

But we have been shrinking in size. We saw decreasing views this past year. We did not contribute very much to the Christmas giveaway, although having said that, it seemed to be enough to the grateful widow who got that money. I pray and hope to be a useful person and provide a healthy website that grows the effect of God’s kingdom into our everyday life. You really can’t come here to write about some gear change without also knowing a lot of prayer and things of God happen here as well.

With all that in mind, here is what I want you to pray every day along with your normal prayer list of you so choose”

Father, I come to you of humble heart to seek grace, protection, and healing in the shadow of the Almighty. I ask that you either raise up this forum to be a good work for your kingdom or destroy it. Make RMTWS a place where men are fed the spirit and can rest and where they can learn more of your true nature, which is Love, and Grace.

Please just add your prayer list onto this simple request.

Indeed, Day 1 of 100 of prayer beginning with 30 days of fasting. where I ask many things of the Lord. Amongst them that the men of this forum be led, held, and protected by the almighty one. I pray that they are beacons of light in a darkening world and are seen by their countrymen as pillars of strength so that others question them as to why they are the way they are. We will need leaders and you have appointed them already. May they gather here, and this forum be a place of sanctuary, of the strengthening of spirit and if necessary, of correction. Should this forum ever stop being a work for the kingdom of God, then it shall be torn down and made to be no more.

Day 5. Continuing to lift up a couple health issues for people and the pending test. The test is causing some frustration and anxiety. Praying for the members and visitors here.

Day 5, especially in prayer this week for Damien, the criminal preliminary hearing, starts this Thursday for the owner of the company that he worked for when he was hurt. It's hard for him to re-live the explosion and afterward.

Day 8. Test results came back good. Two families at church lost loved ones.  Don's son graduated yesterday.

Why?
Because I am under attack, and that is a good sign that what we are doing here is good enough for Satan to take notice.

We stand for the one true God and no one or anything other than him. We stand for the principle of a United States rooted in the teachings of God, and none of the accommodation to the evil we see everywhere.

We stand for the everyday man, you, who all have your struggles. We stand in the biblical principle that causes men to help other men who are brothers in Christ, In this way, we continue to lift the brother in Colorado who is suffering a weakness of spirit and faith at the moment. We do not know him, but, still, daily we lift him up.

This is not a little nor trivial thing, this daily praying for and over all of you. It is THE thing. We have the power to affect change in other's lives by praying for them. If ever you wondered how something could have possibly happened, it was God. It is always God. Even bad things have a lesson in them and from bad times the believer can still reap fruit.

Did you ever think about the one thing that we can give God that he does not necessarily have? All that we can give him is our praise, love, devotion, and if you're strong enough, your life. He can make everything else, but it is up to us to take the step and worship and pray to him.
Thinking about it, Matt's daily scripture and things like this 100 days of prayer, may well be the best thing that we do here.

I think the Lord may have a sense of humor. In my daily prayer for all of you and this site. I have asked God to send us many. I want many men who need a touch from God to come here. I also ask that this site be a beacon of faith and that men who come here could see how godly men behave.

Day 100

This has been another adventure in faith and having another little piece in the relationship with our eternal God through Jesus. If you haven't participated, I hope this touched you.

God gives us this open door through prayer that we can walk through. Your neighbor doesn't always give you that opportunity. Your government feints at caring for your concerns but we observe it as self-serving instead. Your judicial system is unbalanced and blows to and fro based on the latest political wind.

We can't depend on the weather, our jobs, and sometimes not even on our marital partners. I have heard of a loving dog biting his owner and our favorite car or truck has or can at any moment leave us stranded.

Name one thing other than God that you can depend on, and someone can and probably should call you a fool. Why? Well, because there is simply nothing natural nor man-made that will not fail or is reliable, nothing that will not fail or is infallible.

But there is a God. Only one mind you, and he has created himself in the person of three. He is so big and complex that he defies understanding and is known to us as the Father from whom all things have come. There is his Son, Jesus our king through which we can return to live eternally with our Father, and there is his spirit. I happen to love that spirit as I discovered it to have a sense of humor and I know it to be less than a breath away.

These three things, The Father, His son Jesus, and the holy spirit are all infallible. They are utterly dependable. They are always with you. They were actually here before there was even time. They will not fail you and can absolutely be depended on and

They are available at a moment's notice,

Through prayer!

I hope that all of the folks who visit this site for whatever reason have in some way been touched by this wonderful spirit of God. It is to him I give all the glory for everything good that goes on here.
