OK, so now with the plans back in and looking at "barns/workshops" I am trying to decide what size to go with. Remember my pad is 100x100 now and I want a house on it too. Sure I can massage that a little. I have always wanted a 40x60, but do I really need that big? Would 30x50 work? You guys who have shops, what do you think or want? I have decided on 14ft walls for a 10x12 door. I want a lift in there in the long run. Also plan on awnings down both sides plus the container Price diff is not all that much, little under $20 for a 30x55 and little north of $20 for the 40x60. That's no floor or awning but windows and doors. Here's a snapshot of what I have designed online. Place is out of Tx.
So your saying that Jr could practice flying his helicopter inside that big ol shop!! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Where is the road you cut in. That’s what I am lookin for Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Another nice view when I was up a couple weeks ago. Looks like weather is a little better now with low 30s and 40-50 days. Going up this weekend.Looking at selling or trading in the 22ft flatbed for a 14ft or so dump. Will still haul everything but containers since that whole plan has changed.
Same gross as my flatbed, tows great with new gears. 4.56 like yours.
The dirt road in is a little steep and has lots of turns. Neighbor was hauling a small dozer in and it pulled him back into the hill. Left it there, had to unload and drive it in.Dually with a gooseneck would be great if I towed all the time.
Seems like a really good company. I personally don't like the single ram because it's slow, but also understand it's benefits.
