Finally took a pic of my Dmax... Also a pic of the frame rail that is above the driver side rear tire. That what Minnesota does to metal. 3 years ago it was perfect. No rust in site. Will have to attack the bad spots when I have time.
I get 8 miles per gallon. It doesnt matter if its in town driving, highway driving, pulling a trailer, not pulling a trailer. LOL
Had a V10 Triton in a "special" van we had at work. It was a gutless wonder and got about the same mileage.

I've got a similar issue... not horrible, but want to treat it all. Going to take the bed off and grind/treat/paint.
Here's Moby Dick- with what my 22 year old son refers to as "the old man appearance package"....kids!

what did I come up with?HC, that was center mass bro.....but very funny
That right there is the right size trailer. Not that city block long thing I own along with Ken and JRs!
Finally put some OEM style towing mirrors on.
An offering of advice. Your truck will pull heavy loads better if you have a majority of the weight over the trailer axle.
That is a sweet set up. Like that you have it set up level. So many I see going down the road are not. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
And some of the best camping spots are not accessible to guys pulling big 5ers. I'd love to downsize when the kids go off so I can see the country without having to worry if I have enough clearance. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
