I remember those areas on the side from my old 96, pretty much the same.

Very nice fit and work by the way. The pass side will have lots of AC stuff under there, the drivers not so much.

Think there is a factory cover for all that too.

Nice spot for a shotgun behind the rear seat,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

So, sure many are thinking this.

Cost for a bumper kit shipped.

Cost for file to cut local or excuse for a table!

Water table should be good if I don't have water. I am seeing wells (USGS) at up to 200ft, but many are under 100, some at 25. But another bargaining chip for sure.

I was seeing 1500-2000 for a 120-150 footer with a quick search. Sure that is without pump and all the rest.

Honest people with level thinking know they are crooks. Most of the "crimes" don't even require "intent", just doing them is enough.

I fear for my kids and hopefully grandkids to come.

I like that! Have you done any square bodies? EI, mid 80's like my burb?

6458
Well, as long as the doors are closed he should be fine though. Plus with things hidden, why break in?

What about Teflon tape on the slides if they are stiff? I found some on ebay pretty easy.

Having power nearby is definitely something I would like. Well or water is a big plus, just have to see. Trees and a stream would be nice. It's there, but pretty $$.

I like the idea of rolling land maybe against hills/ mountains. I doubt I will get a thing like Don has but like it.

What does a well run if from scratch? I have see props with a well casing listed which I take it is not being used or dried up.

Just get it covered under your insurance (that's why you pay for it) and be done with it. Then let the companies battle it out. Not your fault so no points or rate hikes.

I understand its not what you want to do, but is it worth the bother?

Well, I added the JDM NX LED bulbs to my Dmax and so far I really like them. In fact I just ordered the same bulbs for the high beams.

Now 2 setbacks, my "all on" stopped working when I put in the LEDs?? Maybe the relay, just haven't checked. What is the mod with the diode for all on again in the fusebox? That or the pc board.

Still in the stock housings too. Is there something better or stock housings the beast??

May as well get going on this as so much is flying through my skull I need more to muddy it up. I have been thinking of some land for some time now and now it should come to pass.

Looking at getting 20+ acres (hopefully more) OOS (out of state). This may or may not turn into a permanente residence depending on,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,

Want it backed/sided to open/blm land so as not surrounded and no HOAs with easy to handle building regs. I am looking south of the Reno area, which allows decent access from several highways in about 3 hours. I budget in mind, but a little flexible depending on the parcel. I do not want a plod of dirt in the middle of more dirt!

Not really worried about power/water or structures for now, the right property is the thing first. I already have ideas for storage (shipping cont) and living (24ft TH). Tractor and HD trailer for sure

I do carry one, get them on ebay for $50, new. I also carry upper ball joints.

The real hard ones are the brake brackets (long arse breaker bar!)and hub bolts (6pt 15mm?). I can do in an hour at home.

I like the trialready a little more. ARB you are paying for the name. Price diff?

I agree on the hubs too, if tight, why bother.

Took three days but got the boat down to AZ for the winter. JR, how do you get anywhere towing at 55 mph? Darn trucks were trying to run me over so I speeded up enough to stay with them.

I do 65, most with trailers do, regular traffic is 70-75 normally. Just watch your lanes, you have to use the right lane unless passing or its 4 lanes.

Finished cleaning out old house this morning and cleaned it for new owners. High of 26 here today and I miss our Colorado weather.

Closed on selling our home this afternoon, so we’re no longer home owners.....

Yep, I have a house to clean out too but bet it will be me with little help.

26* I think I have seen that as a low here once or twice in the last 30 years. Don't miss it at all.

Picked up Christmas trees with the Scouts from 8-12. The 1101 trailer worked great, but was even better with tie down I added.

Man we are really picking on the old man. Lets DOT up the thread and maybe he won't notice?

Hey, did you hear about the shutdown that isn't?

6487
That is good work but I do agree with Dave on much of his advice. Spread the load.

To bad the drawers could not be made to sit on their bottoms when closed. I think some HD drawers slide do that?

I really like the front compartments as they can be accessed from the rear seat and from someone sleeping!

Linseed oil is great for a little finish and sealing. I would wax the drawer slides though. It will slide better!

As I said nice work, like to see a little of what you put in there. Will a standard mattress fit? I have been using an intex twin for several years now. Heck just $8 at wally, if you wreck it, who cares!

6488

Those look good, nice job. Was wondering about the slides which I see you built.

Does the bottom of the drawer sit flush? IE it doesn't break with stuff bouncing over the KIA's and mulch

Not the current square bodies, but the Dmax yes and in the front this last weekend up in Reno!

I have done memory foam on camping trips, but now I go air mattress. Plus you actually gain room as you store it when not in use.

So on your block. You pulling it to build or getting a new block? No rush/downtime if you go new or used block.

Might want to check, but in most states if you are hit from behind. It is automatically the fault of the driver who hit the other from the rear.
