Actually Shawn it is being built. Several miles already up in texas.  And quietly when the last spending bill was passed he got his money and won the challenge about appropriating homeland defense funds too. They are making great progress despite the left and the media

This is what it looks like where I hunt, one of the largest trafficking corridors in AZ. Not easy to drive through but a blind person with no arms could cross in 2 seconds.
