I just don't want to wind up missing a digit or limb. I can sometimes get in a hurry to get results.
I actually Lift! Real weights, no machines...and then I woke up from the dream!Actually I doDumbells, bench other stuff which I guess is not actually lifting. Core (Which is not lifting) Aerobics (Which is not lifting), Hustling everything heavy I can find whenever I can during the day to keep the burn going, (That might be lifting) and working all the time (Which is not lifting)
