I will have to remember them. Using NAPA cost me at least $400 for 3-4 hoses, but done as I waited.
Sometimes you just can't wait.
FYI, I ordered last Monday 21st and received this Monday 28th. Not too bad  if you're not in a bind.

Finished the POS finally.

A crappy paint job for a crappy ram.

Next up, building the engine. The long block is together, just resealing injectors and other small tasks left

I think I should've made a separate thread for the dozer project. She's dragging on per usual.

Purdy….

Forgive my ignorance is that a 3 cyl?  For some reason I thought it looked like a v6 in the earlier photos.

Made some progress.

Kinda weird, there's only 4 large bell housing bolts holding that motor in. There's zero support up front.

Is it ballanced off the rear mount around the bell housing?

Everything from the bell housing back is bolted solid to the frame. .. no rubber.
The hydro pump and radiator also hang off the front of the engine.

Found the bearings out in the alternator. I'm not sure how I missed that on disassembly but whatever.
There's only a couple options out there and they start at $250.
Was able to find the bearings locally and Napa had one set of brushes in Arizona, and I bought them.

After that sidestep I finished the install.
She runs pretty good, so far...and no leaks yet.

Next up, reseal the hydraulic pump and install in the front of the motor.
Yes, I alternate between engine and motor. Don't believe the myth.

... come to think of it...

JR, pretty cool with John Deere parts. Punch the part number in to most catalogue interchanges and something pops up. My parts supplier had the bearings on the shelf.

Now, for everything else, most parts are all gone, used or new. I bought the last Napa fuel filter nationwide, then bought the last Wix version off rock auto 5 minutes ago. Plenty of oil and air filters but no hydraulic filters except straight from Baldwin... just ordered 2.
Yesterday my order was entirely refunded from a tractor supply company on the web that said they had everything, but ended up having nothing at all.

Yeah, can't wait to get it up to Idaho.

Got the hydraulic pump resealed and installed.

Next up, finish installing the hoses and cylinder on the driver's side.

I really enjoyed this splendid "little" build here. Ken, you stayed focused, dug in and spent the money to do it right and even painted it up all pretty-like.

Who can agree with me, this is one of the nicest/quick builds we have seen here?

I look forward to seeing pics of this thing pushing dirt on Ken's new place for years to come. Maybe you'll let me run it for a little bit should I ever get up there to visit.

Thanks Dave.

Today I finished the hydraulic hoses and cylinder, filled and tested the system, and believe it or not nothing has started leaking yet. (I don't believe it because it's rare to get 100% the first time on larger jobs).

Also installed the radiator housing (not fun by myself) and the side panels.
The hood will be last after some updated lights .

Oh, and peeled off the dealer stickers and put stars in their place. If I were them, I wouldn't claim this one came through their shop. It's not a bad machine but they should've done better for the price.

Naw on the barn...there's still room under the awning after putting on the last 20 feet of tin.

Changed the reverser, transmission, and final drive fluids. Good thing since they had water in the bottom. Painted the skid plate, straightened the mounts, and installed.

Welded up the dozer blade pivot point. It was missing a 1/2" of material.
It was bad enough that the lower clamshell was barely holding the blade

What Dave #2 said.
The cylinder hooks to the left side.

The whole blade has to be rotated because you can't get to the bolts in the upper clamshell. I didn't even know that pin was in there at first.
