Everyone should take a look at his build over on whatever web site it is. Eric, feel free to post a link here. I don't care about that silly stuff, I don't make a penny on this anyway. More interested in collecting good information.

So what would it take to get that awesome build of yours posting here as well? we (Mostly me) would LOVE to see and watch that beautiful truck of yours coming up.

Guys, he is building a crew cab Dodge, around the same vintage as mine. It is a whole lot purdier!

When I start making some more noteable progress on the build I will start a thread on here, hope to get started on the interior cage/dash early next year.

I've got some parts coming in to get me going on the interior roll cage so I will be posting up some updates in the next month or so.

I completely get how long it takes. I'm at 1 year, 5 months. I should be driving the truck within a year having finished it to the point that I currently envision.
This stuff takes time, especially when there is a lot of rust to contend with.

For you, JR, you may be blessed with a relatively rust free start, I sure hope so!

Never thought it would take this much time or money to build this truck, I've had it for four years now.  I LOVE working on it and I'm not in a big hurry to get it done as I don't want to cut corners nor do things twice.  I want to get it on the road as quickly as I can but with the two amazing daughters we have and my work being away from half the year time nor money is on my side.  It will get done and it will be done to be best of my abilities.

Thanks Don and yes I see old ones sitting in pastures around where I live and wish I had the means to rescue all of them.  I'm sure my wife doesn't feel the same way though. lol.
