Title: hot beef sandwich

well I am going to give this a try!

I started with a rump roast and gave it a good sear on all sides, softened some bell peppers and onions, added a little garlic and some beef stock.  everything is in the crock pot and set on HI, well see where this turns out in a few hours?

You're a master!

I do something like that

quartered vidalia onion touch of tabasco, sea salt, coarse pepper, beef stock, dash of worchestire sauce, then add red potatoes later on while the crock pot is buzzin' along
