I mean, ya, I can see it, makes sense to me ;-))
This particular rascal has yet again proven he is essential to the body. This odd confederation of misfits, odd balls, the occasional gifted and the many others who have create a synergy that can only be understood by the almighty himself.

But knowin' this rascal personally, I'd say he just wanted to screw with the system some and make Don have to do some extre' cypherin'. That and he figured the ".16" would screw up the careful alignment in the 5 year long donation's columns.
