So I ventured into the world of these

Picked up the 5dtactical jig for Ar10-15.

Picked up a few of both types of lowers to try out

All in all it went well on the first one except

The router bobbled way down in and took out the trigger safety detent pin hole.

I called and emailed and they answered three weeks later.  Drop shipped me a new lower and I was back in happy mode.

I used the dewalt battery router and all their supplies tools.   It went well round two with slow steps and smooth hand motion.

Today I carved out a ar10 lower also.

This is where I found a few oops orders

I ordered lower parts kits for ar15x4.   I didn’t think the pins were different so I have an extra trigger set for now

Now for help from you more advanced gun folks

I need to order a few ar10 308 parts

I need buffer tubes and stocks,
I need to order basic trigger and lower parts kits.

From there I should have shooters

But I can’t find the 308 parts kits

I need to order the parts that keep the pins from backing out and for the life I can’t think of the name lol

Dave,

Not sure which pin your trying to prevent from backing out, but are you talking about a detent ball and spring?

Bigdave_185:
The pins that hold the trigger in,  they screw in instead of being just simply pushed into place
