I was down there with the Army for 4-5 months. That place is a nationwide garbage dump and sewer pond. When the nation was formed back in the 1800's they consecrated their nation to Satan. they then formed a religion called sangria which is a mixture of Catholicism and Voodoo. Now I wonder why they are not prosperous and rolling in dough. I mean a potentially beautiful Caribbean nation ripe for tourism...
