I’m not sure between the ramps would do enough damage. Needs to lay across the ramps. - take out the head and the kankles.

I figured she was wider than the area between the ramps?

A few days ago when it was really windy a power line over at my nephew's place blew down and started a fire. He lost the barn. He lost a steer, a bunch of baby pot belly pigs and all his chickens. They were stuck in the house watching because of the live power lines on the ground.
We had a warm room set up in there to start our chicks so now I'm on the hunt for a new chicken coop. I think I am going to remodel the kids playhouse and use that. I was going to trash it because it's in pretty bad shape.  I checked it out this afternoon and I think it's save able.

Dang jon, that sucks and hopefully everybody is ok.  If you or anybody up there needs some assistance, you know how to get a hold of me.

Went ahead and moved the ramps to lessen my OCD flare-up. Just don't feel like "sending" it!!
Ended up with 32"...gives me 2.5" of clearance.
Downside is they're not adjustable now, but the widest vehicle I have is my truck on 35s, and it still fits... not counting the 5 ton, which also weighs 22k.

Surprised you just didn’t weld a piece of channel or heavy angle off inside of each ramp.

That would have been simple enough.

Wish mine had tracks, but I paid 1/2 that.

So this happened today.

I need to get it up on the roof to be more clear of obstruction.
One of my staff was around 500 down 50 up.
I’m happy with this. I’m mot a gamer or anything but I now have real internet at the lake.

I’ll update as I get things set into final locations.

A coworker recently got star link set up at her place in Michigan, she’s getting 500 down as well. It’s really an awesome system from the reading I’ve done.

On another front, I just got two new drivers in the household, and luckily they both have jobs and are responsible, so they can pay their insurance and gas.

Shawn, you can't have a smooth surface. That's why I didn't want to ride up those side plates.
Dave is probably right that the tracks would flex down and grab the ribs but I just don't have the experience.
Also this dozer isn't hydrostatic. It's go or stop with at least a second of delay.
I did find some conveyor belt to put on the beaver tail for traction, and to save the paint on the ramps.

All this trouble for one trip. Oh well, can't help myself. Hate tearing equipment up, especially a fairly new trailer.

Not sure what the cost us is.
I got in for 649 Canadian. So should be 450 ballpark?
I’m paying too much for about 5mbps so I’m ok with a bit more.

And this can follow me around. So that’s a bonus too.

As for the wait, I hummed and hawed for too long and missed the beta.
I hit add to cart in February is year.
Was estimated late 22 early 23.
I was good with that.
Got the email March 7 with the 7 days notice to commit.
So here we are. Lol.

Same thing happened with my coworker, she was told late 2022 and got it last month. Makes me wonder if he pushed up deployment after spinning it up faster than planned for Ukraine.

It was $500 plus 100 per month. They just sent out emails about a price hike to $560 for those that previously paid a deposit (me) and $120/month or $600 plus 120/month for new customers.
If you put down a deposit on a set pricing, how can they raise it?

Still jealous Sam. Waiting very impatiently while watching utube in 480p. Ugh

I’m blaming it on these “supply chain issues” that we seem to be having everything blamed on for being so delayed.
When enough zeros are added I suspect the orders raise to the top.
Just thinking out loud here.

But I am happy with the shorter wait.
Ken, Netflix in 4K with zero glitching or buffering.
A new one for us.

Not happy about the price increases but gotta pay to play we all say.

4k? That's something to look forward to. I'm just happy when the wife leaves the house so I get all of the available data! I'm sure she feels the same.

And yes I would gladly pay double for 100mbs or more.

You should just buy a farm in Kentucky. I’ve got fiber to the house running at 1 Gbps. Of course, when all the kids abs my wife are doing schoolwork, checking Pinterest and looking at build videos on YouTube, it still makes my work slow down a little.  I usually just take that to mean I’m supposed to take a break.

He's not kidding!

Boone Co. KY is about to become the first county in the USA to offer 100% of its people 1 Gbps fiber service. I am actually on one of the last roads that they are currently pulling the cable to!

The wife and I are in Co Springs staying at The Lodge at Flying Horse for the evening. Getting away from the daily chaos at home currently. We had dinner at their steakhouse on property and we had our first wagyu steak which was like butter. I ate too much but I think that’s the point.

Went to this store in Sioux City. Its in the old Shopco by the mall. I forgot what it's called but they have probably 50-75 bins of junk. Looks to me like it's all the crap people bought on line and returned. Lots of Amazon packages. I found everything from food items to a master cylinder for an old Chevy and quite a few electronics and lots of clothing. Every Saturday they bring in new bins $10 an item. By Friday they are picked over pretty good but it's 90% off.

Wheel barrowed almost 3 yards today. Not too bad, and not too hot. Something must be wrong because me and my buds normally wait until the dead of summer to do manual labor.
Ken, this looks like something stupid....errr, something I would do.
But I'd wait for the heat too...

Dave, nice score on the crusher screens.
I just don't want to wind up missing a digit or limb.  I can sometimes get in a hurry to get results.

Some reason I can't edit the previous post. My phone is smarter than I am. The OKC bombing happen 27 years ago yesterday. Here is a photo off the web there are 168 chairs one for each person killed with smaller chairs for the children. I have a hard time going down there still

It’s hard.  I was there not long afterwards when the asphalt patch in the street was still somewhat fresh.  Never seen it at night.  Great picture.

Kids today don't know how easy they have it. When I was young, I had to walk 9 feet through shag carpet to change the TV channel.
