So, Bobby...being the calculating trained warrior NCO that you are. Take the appropriate action, Execute!
your standard grunt level CQB is just putting rounds and rounds on scary stuff till it stops scaring you!
So, I find myself interested in this truckOut looking a bit, none near me thoughThere is a low cost Tradesman selling for $43K but has no optionsSo I'm wondering on the wisdom of getting a stripper vs a more optioned truck. Options normally means useless bling which I don't like, but also gets me 9 speakers which is necessary to push sound into my heavily scarred eardrums. Also nicer truck has butt warmers, and manly as I indeed am, I like girly man butt warmers. I think better trim gets power seats as well, but I could live w/o that for sure. I also like carpet, but the rubber floor matt is def man cave pretty!Opinions??
Well then Wuss I am, I suppose, cause I want AC, electric windows and locks, and a butt warmer...minimum!
But shouldn't you figure out the Toureg situation, then move on to PW?
I just don't want to wind up missing a digit or limb. I can sometimes get in a hurry to get results.

My youngest keeps telling me she wants my 2001 Duramax....not happening, especially with the tuna and 12inch lift...
AAM CHY05175301AA 10.5" diff in the rear AAM CHY05175278AA 9.25 front in the Power Wagon. nothing wrong with the 10.5" in the rear, but limited on traction options outside of electric and Torsen, and gear ratio availability along with higher costs of parts just begs for the 11.5 transplant, which w/ standardized 8 lug bolt pattern and width being similar if not equal is an easy endeavor. I have not heard many complaints from owners that weren't flogging their vehicles, but big tires and high HP numbers do tend to equal damage to the rear locker.
I'll take that correction. I did not thoroughly read the initial post and assumed we were discussing 03-06 power wagons. I'll quietly go back to reading now. :-[
