This irks (Is that a word?) me to no end!

Planned parenthood is responsible for killing all these children, and yea, selling their body parts...Is this evil or is it a medical practice?

It is evil.  It is sanctioned evil.  Sadly, there are many who have been indoctrinated to see nothing wrong with it.  Sheep lead blindly, defending it all the way.
