Not so much a recipe, but a list of good for yous' that I've accumulated, only thing is I"d limit the mayo, but that's just my opinion. I don't have a how much per item to eat but if you know you're caloric intake requirements and what you're using to make a meal you can figure it all out.

Personal list, mixed with research, mixed with observations. I'm not a veggie person, so that was the research/girl I knew who was a personal trainer before becoming a surgical tech. The basic outline came from an online page, that was talking about nutrition.
